A quick tour to our watch repair process
1. In our first step of watch repair service, the watch movement is completely
dismantled, cleaned and rinsed using advanced methods and cleaning techniques.
2. The parts are dried in a clock dryer and then the watch repairer begins
the process of deep inspection of mainsprings, levers, pivots, wheels,
pinions, cams, barrels, and springs.
3. Pivots are polished and those badly worn are replaced by the new ones.
4. Clock plates are then inspected and bushings are installed as per requirement.
5. Clock trains are then tested for smooth and free running.
6. Escape mechanism is carefully checked for any wear and tear in escape
wheel.
7. All levers, pallets and working faces are polished and oiled.
8. After all is set well, parts are installed back and adjusted as they
had been assembled originally.
9. Strike train is timed and tested in many steps to ensure proper working.
10. Then front panel is adjusted to its original settings and after final
testing the watch is packed for shipment.
